Predictive Match Profiling

Book the buyer before they enter the open market.

A broker meets a candidate after that person has already asked to see concepts. This service uses the buyer profile to find high-probability earners before that request, then puts the exclusive appointment on your development calendar. One brand. No catalog.

THE PROBLEM THIS SERVICE SOLVES

By the time they are “in market,” a broker already owns the introduction.

Open-market franchise shopping is a catalog. The person fills out a form, a broker or a portal registers them, and that same conversation is offered to every brand that pays. You are a line item. If another concept is easier to place this week, you never get the meeting, and the broker still collects 40 to 50 percent of the fee if someone else signs.

High-probability buyers do not start there. They are executives, directors, and operators earning $150,000 to $500,000, with the capital for a $50,000 to $250,000 unit, who have not yet asked a portal to “show them options.” Predictive match profiling is how this service finds that person first.

The output is not a score emailed to your coordinators. Growth Machines filters 175 million senior-professional profiles against the persona. A failed capital, territory, or timeline gate never becomes a meeting. What reaches your desk is the exclusive appointment.

What the profile is actually scoring

A match is not a personality quiz. It is the same gates a serious development director already uses, applied before the person raises a hand. When the profile is set once and the list is filtered to it, the campaign is run to that standard. We do not publish a close rate. You still award the franchise.

Income and capital

Earners in the $150,000 to $500,000 band, with a credible path to your liquidity minimum and the Item 7 range. Curiosity without capital does not score.

Career timing

Operators, directors, and senior managers at a point where a unit decision is realistic this quarter. A title with no timeline is not a buyer.

Territory fit

An open market you will grant. A strong profile in a closed DMA is not booked. The appointment has to be a meeting you can actually take.

Operator versus investor

Owner-operator and semi-absentee are different profiles. The score follows the model in your FDD, not a generic “business opportunity” audience.

Before the open market

Outreach is written to the person, not posted where twelve brands can register the same reply. Confidential. Exclusive to your concept. No steering.

A broker cannot profile what they do not have.

They wait for an inbound request, then shop it. This service goes to the short list first.

THE BROKER WAY
  • They meet the person only after that person asked to see franchises.
  • Your brand is one logo in the catalog.
  • The candidate is introduced to whoever pays.
  • No income or capital screen before the introduction.
  • You compete for a meeting you were never exclusive to.
THIS SERVICE
  • Profile set from your FDD, your awards, and the markets you will grant.
  • 175 million senior-professional profiles filtered to that standard.
  • High-probability buyers contacted before they enter a portal.
  • Income, capital, territory, and timeline cleared before the calendar.
  • The appointment is exclusive. One concept. No steering.

What your development team receives

  • The profile, written once: capital floor, operator type, and open markets.
  • Outbound only to people who match it, before they are registered with a broker.
  • A short brief for the meeting: why they cleared, and what is still unverified.
  • The appointment. That appointment is the service. You still run discovery, issue the FDD, and award.

A small monthly retainer covers the profile, list building, outreach, reply handling, vetting, and the hand-delivered appointment. For systems with capacity for at least 5 new locations. Pricing is discussed on the call.

What a score is not

  • Not a promise that the meeting awards a unit. Item 19, validation, and your standard still decide that.
  • Not a dashboard of clicks. Agencies sell the report. Dashboards do not award franchises.
  • Not a shared introduction. If we booked it, we do not shop that buyer to another brand.
  • Not a substitute for Discovery Day. Profiling gets the right meeting. Fit is still yours to judge.

Questions development directors ask

What does “before the open market” mean?
The person has not registered with a portal or a broker to be shown a stack of concepts. Outreach is to them, about your brand, after the profile match. They are not a recycled inquiry twelve other franchisors already burned.
Why not let a broker introduce them?
A broker works for the placement fee, not for your brand. They shop one candidate across concepts and take 40 to 50 percent of the franchise fee if someone signs. This service does not shop your buyer. The appointment is exclusive.
Is the score the product?
No. The score decides who is worth a conversation. The service is the appointment that already cleared income, capital, territory, and timeline. Curious browsers do not get a slot.
Who awards the franchise?
You do. Co. Buy Sell does not award, does not issue the FDD, and does not take a royalty.

Stop sitting in a broker’s catalog.

Send the minimums and the markets you will grant. We profile against them and book the appointment before that buyer is shopped.
